Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a assigned shift at a specified site in North Carolina. The role includes coordinating with the site supervisor and account leadership, and supervising officers with guidance on performance and discipline.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be able to prepare reports, and handle crisis situations calmly while maintaining exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the public and staff.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction on shift.
