Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a security team on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will coordinate with site leadership, manage officers, and ensure delivery of quality services with professionalism and safety in mind.

The role requires strong communication, crisis handling, and reporting abilities, plus a valid driver’s license and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and driving experience
• Background checks and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a specific shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range
