Allied Universal® is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and account management, and ensure high-quality service while managing daily logs and incident reports.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to prepare detailed reports, and the capacity to handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use written and oral communication effectively.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client sites.
