Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role includes supervising security officers, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring delivery of quality services.

Eligible candidates will have 1+ year security experience or prior law enforcement/military leadership. The position offers weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving history qualifications.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to operate client-site wireless technology.
• Calmly handle crises and provide excellent customer service.
