Job summary

Allied Universal in Missouri is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer; liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift and ensure professional conduct and customer service.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs as required.
• Utilize intermediate computer skills to operate client-site wireless technology.
