Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift and coordinate quality security services at the client site. You will act as the link between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.

Coaches, recognizes, and applies discipline within approved empowerment ranges to maintain high performance. The role requires strong communication, reporting, and crisis-handling abilities, with a focus on exemplary customer service and adherence

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Proficiency with basic computer and shift-tracking tools.
• Must pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services to the client.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
