Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a designated shift. The role acts as the liaison between site supervision, account management, and security officers to ensure high-quality operations.

The position requires a High school diploma or equivalent, 21+ age, and strong written/verbal communication and reporting skills. Driving duties require a valid license and clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License for driving positions.
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol screening required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
