Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between site supervision, Account/Field Operations management, and security officers, providing coaching and disciplinary actions within an empowerment range.

You must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and have strong communication,

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs on a regular basis.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
