Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and lead staff at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while providing quality customer service. Role involves coaching, training, and performance management, with collaboration with management to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; participate in task planning and scheduling.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports; inspect posts and brief subordinates.
