Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a security supervisor in New Jersey with leadership experience to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.

You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, file reports, and coordinate with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, training officers, payroll assistance, and ensuring adequate coverage while maintaining high customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D and 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; retail background preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise officers and leads at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and meet with employees.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist payroll and personnel information submission; ensure post coverage.
• Prepare and file reports; inspect posts and coordinate with client representatives.
