Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a single shift at an assigned client site in Rural Hall, NC. The role involves supervising security officers, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring quality service delivery with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Driving positions require a valid license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol test as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
