Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and the security officers.

Supervise staff on the shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean record for driving positions.
