Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs and read operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on the shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Prepare reports and logs documenting shift activities and incidents.
