Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a single shift at an assigned client site in Eden Prairie, MN. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the Account Manager and site supervisor, and ensure delivery of quality services while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military background, is 21+, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Must meet licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license with driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
