Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at a designated client site in Butte, MT. The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor and account management, ensuring staff performance and client satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, ability to handle crises, and the aptitude to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain required driving and background checks.
• Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Proficient in documenting reports and logs and understanding operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and calm crisis response at client site.
