Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a shift and coordinate quality services for a client. You will liaise between site supervision, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within empowerment ranges.

The role requires 2+ years of security experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and strong written/oral communication. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with ability to deal with all levels of personnel.
• Must prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting; read operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license with driving experience and clean record as required.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Basic computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client sites.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and communication with clients.
