Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee quality service delivery on a specific shift at a client site in Dakota City, Nebraska. The supervisor will coordinate with site leadership, Account Manager, and field supervisors while guiding security officers to maintain safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and the ability to coach staff within approved empowerment ranges.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record for driving positions
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required
• Ability to use wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crises and maintain calm under client site conditions
• Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
