Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Florida to supervise and coordinate security services on a designated shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account management, and officers.

The role requires 2+ years security experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with driving eligibility and background checks part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
