Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Florida to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for a client site. The role emphasizes quality of service, contract compliance, and coordination with internal and client teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass required state training/licensing and driving tests if applicable. This full-time position offers growth and stable hours.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company‑owned or client‑provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
