Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role acts as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager, coordinating staff and providing coaching and discipline within empowerment ranges.

The position requires 18+, HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years experience), strong communication, and the ability to handle crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently with clients.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Ops Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain written reports and logs.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
