Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a client-site shift, coordinating the delivery of quality security services and acting as a liaison between site supervisors and account management.

The role involves supervising staff, coaching performance, applying discipline within approved guidelines, and maintaining a calm, professional presence. Flexibility to work a variable schedule is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Possess a valid driver's license with required driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs as required.
• Respond to crises calmly and professionally on client sites.
