Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and ensure quality service delivery for a assigned client. The role coordinates with site leadership and security officers, providing guidance, coaching, and discipline as needed.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or 5 years' experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or 5 years verified experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company policy.
• Background investigation and post-offer pre-employment drug test required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
