Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a security team on a defined shift at an assigned client site. You will coordinate with site leadership and manage officers, providing coaching and ensuring service quality.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and crisis-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining customer service standards.
