Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer in Rockford, IL. You will supervise security officers and coordinate with site supervisors and account managers, providing coaching and enforcing discipline within empowerment levels.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and the ability to work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver''s license with required driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test post-offer.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Able to work in varied environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure readiness and safety during crisis situations.
