Convergint is seeking a Security Service Technician in a full-time role, dedicated to delivering world-class service and maintaining our reputation as a leading systems integrator. You will diagnose and repair security, fire, and automation-related equipment, while providing exceptional customer support and ensuring safety standards are met.

Your work includes on-site maintenance, after-hours support when needed, and collaborating with a team to drive downtime reductions and service quality

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing service roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse systems.
• Familiarity with building automation or electronic security systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls timely.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and systems.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
