Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to join our team. You will respond to service calls, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete detailed service reports to support service delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant field experience in electronic, fire alarm, life safety, or building automation domains.
• Proficient in using basic tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls, diagnose, repair, replace defective parts, and complete service reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems and assist with small projects as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate invoicing.
