Qualifications

• Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Developing technical skills related to building automation, fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Ability to develop basic programming skills and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls and maintenance visits.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects and support configurations for security systems and small projects.
• Complete accurate service reports to assist invoicing and cost tracking.
• Communicate with team members to improve operations and service delivery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems.
