Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Interest in building automation systems and electronic security.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use hand and power tools.
• Proven customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and perform system upgrades.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely, quality service.
