Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to join our Greenville, SC team. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to small projects as part of a collaborative culture.

You will work with fire alarm and electronic security systems, troubleshoot and install varied equipment, while upholding safety and regulatory standards to protect customers and assets.

Formación

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills related to fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Solid programming skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Self-starter who works well with direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and local travel ability.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary.
• Use solid troubleshooting to fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• May install, configure, and support network systems and equipment.
• Execute service calls in compliance with regulations and safety policies.
• Cross-train with other specialists to service existing customers.
