Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support our clients. You will respond to service calls, perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair installed security systems, including access control and CCTV, while upholding Convergint's customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Solid customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills related to fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls on a timely basis.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as necessary.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Provide system integrations, audits, and consultations as needed.
• Travel locally to jobsites; use tools to maintain/install security systems.
