Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Technician to install, program, startup, certify, and train customers on assigned projects, including smaller-scale jobs. You will join a dynamic team and grow with the company, delivering world-class service and maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in field service, a High School/GED, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years relevant field service experience preferred.
• Willing to learn technical skills related to fire alarm systems and electronic security.

Responsabilités

• Install, program, test, repair and service security, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems under guidance.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams; use test instruments and hand tools.
• Operate systems, demonstrate equipment, commission new systems, and perform start-up and training.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Operations Manager to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
