Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers in Renton, WA. You will respond to service calls, perform maintenance, and support small projects with a customer-first approach.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of access control experience, knowledge of fire alarm/electronic security systems, and a valid WA license. A self-starter mindset and willingness to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Washington State License 06.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with team to cross-train and support customer needs.
