Job summary

Convergint in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing preventative maintenance, and handling small projects.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Must have Washington State license 06.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls on a timely basis; diagnose, repair, and install projects as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system checkouts for installed security systems.
• Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-train and enhance service delivery.
