• Proficiency in service management software and MS Office is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians to client sites.
• Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion and service standards.
• Communicate with customers about updates, ETA, and status of requests.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Support field technicians with job requirements, customer preferences, and notes.
• Assist the Service Manager in tracking technician availability and certifications.
