GC&E Systems Group in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Security Service Coordinator to manage daily service activities for technicians. You will own the service lifecycle from the initial call to invoicing, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and coordination skills, with on-site work and occasional after-hours support. Benefits include competitive paid leave and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or service desk.
• Experience in electronic security or low-voltage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and liaison to field technicians during service responses.
• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch technicians and subcontractors.
• Generate service tickets with all supporting docs and access details.
• Provide ongoing status updates to customers on open service calls and parts availability.
• Manage 24/7 on-call rotation by scheduling and follow-up.
• Review tickets for accurate job costing, hours, and direct costs.
• Prepare invoices within two working days of service closeout.
• Coordinate with Sales, SOC, and PMO on handoffs and process improvements.
