Job summary

TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is seeking a dispatch coordinator for in-office work in Lawrenceville, GA. You will schedule and dispatch technicians to service requests, while supporting fellow dispatchers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions.
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and provide mentoring to new dispatchers.
