Job summary

PowerSecure is seeking a Service Coordinator to dispatch, plan, organize and monitor field service activities, ensuring productive, efficient and safe operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the commercial/industrial generator service industry is desirable but not required.
• Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; ability to learn ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field resources and assign maintenance or service work based on technician skills and location.
• Coordinate workflow of field service requests.
• Field calls and respond to internal and external emails.
• Analyze daily reports to determine status of open jobs.
• Open and review work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Keep supervisor updated on current work in progress.
• Work well in a team-oriented environment and maintain professional conduct.
• Follow all company standards and provide excellent customer service.
