You will act as the main liaison between field technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service documentation and execution.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with 2+ years in service coordination or dispatch, and familiarity with ERP/service management systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in service coordination or dispatch.
• Experience in administrative support; fire protection or facilities service preferred.
• Experience with ERP/service management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls for fire protection systems.
• Dispatch technicians and manage daily/weekly service schedules.
• Communicate with customers about appointments and job status.
• Track service tickets and progress in ERP/service management systems.
• Review service documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs, inspections, and return visits.
• Support billing with complete service documentation.
• Assist with emergency service coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer histories.
