Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. in the United States seeks a Sales Support professional to assist the branch Sales Team and Sales Managers, ensuring timely responses to customer needs and smooth coordination of the contract process.

You will work with Operations and Sales Teams to expedite contract bookings, help prepare proposals, and maintain documentation. The role requires independence, strong organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 4 years related experience.
• Associate degree with 1-year minimum experience or a bachelor’s degree or with experience in the sales support, operations support, customer service support role in contracting or technical industry preferred.
• Computer skills to include Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Webservices and Desktop Publishing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Salary range: $86,000 - $118,300; benefits package included.

Responsibilities

• Assists the branch Sales Team and Sales Managers to ensure consistent and timely responses to our customer's needs.
• Work with Operations Teams and Sales Teams to expedite the contract booking process.
• Support the Team's administrative needs to facilitate quality customer interaction.
• Work involves problem solving skills, working independently, and exercising judgment to accomplish most tasks, as well as teaming with the administrative employees providing a wide range of support and work coordination to a variety of functions and processes.
