Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required with 4 years of related experience.
• Associate degree with 1-year minimum experience or a bachelor’s degree or with experience in the sales support, operations support, customer service support role in contracting or technical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in maintaining the integrity of the CRM database and prepare reports.
• Support the contract booking process and documentation.
• Prepare customer proposals and sales materials.
• Coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and events with sales leadership.
• Provide general office support and administrative duties.
