Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Technician in Madison, WI to install, program, start-up, certify, and train customers on assigned projects, including small or less complex ones. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class service to customers and colleagues.

• Ability to use hand/power tools and read simple specs.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services security systems and related equipment.
• Interprets blueprints/schematics and assists with installation procedures.
• Operates and commissions systems, and provides customer training.
• Supports project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
