Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Security Technician to install, program, start-up, certify, and train customers on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in fire alarm and electronic security systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair and service security systems and equipment.
• Provide customer training and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams for installation.
• Operate systems for commissioning and start-up, document work.
• Assist project team with planning, risk identification and scheduling.
