Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or in the course of doing business.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong leadership and client relations skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and BI tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement for security professionals and supervisors.
• Design career development and performance plans; evaluate and replace underperforming staff.
• Manage post schedules in WinTeam and ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain staff utilization and monitor hours to minimize overtime and optimize staffing.
• Process payroll per company procedures and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and maintain documentation; ensure consistent operations.
