Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
• Dynamic networking skills and commitment to safety and trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security professionals, including first-line supervisors; design and implement development plans and performance reviews.
• Make offers and transfers using company forms and publish weekly Open Post List; manage job openings.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure staffing meets contract requirements and manage overtime.
• Process weekly payroll; ensure timekeeping accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee relations; conduct disciplinary actions and termination procedures; foster high morale and retention.
