Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Indianapolis to oversee security functions, staffing, and training on-site for our client. The role focuses on operations, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services, ensuring contract compliance and high service standards.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, training verification, overtime management, and coordination with client requests, incident reports, and post orders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training of personnel).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist with security surveys and post orders.
