Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager in Georgia to lead security service delivery across client sites, overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
• Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial reporting; ability to interpret simple financial data and use it to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement career development plans for new security professionals and supervisors; evaluate low-performing employees for replacement, upgrade or transfer.
• Make initial job offers and transfers; manage Open Post List and active postings within division/branch.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage and update regularly.
• Ensure staffing per contract; manage overtime; maintain a pool of qualified flex personnel for backfill.
• Maintain regular contact with security staff; review No Hours Report weekly with HR and address hours issues.
• Receive weekly timesheets and run payroll; resolve payroll discrepancies; ensure proper timekeeping and documentation.
• Enforce disciplinary and termination procedures; maintain morale and consistent execution of policies.
• Coordinate training and ensure post-specific policies and procedures are communicated to staff.
