Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead delivery of security services across client sites in the Charlotte area. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, training, payroll processes, and compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on high-quality service.

The role requires prior leadership in a high-volume environment and effective use of scheduling tools like WinTeam, with a strong emphasis on team development, payroll accuracy, and proactive problem

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for new security professionals and supervisors; design development plans and performance improvements.
• Create and publish weekly post lists; manage job openings within division/branch.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing per contract.
• Monitor overtime and maintain a pool of flex personnel for backfill as needed.
• Review no-hours reports weekly and address employees with no hours for up to 3 weeks.
