Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security services delivery across client sites in Houston. You will oversee frontline staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while supporting employees and clients to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork and client relations.
• Ability to interpret financial data to support decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for new staff, including offers and transfers.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules to ensure coverage and compliance.
• Run weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping and records.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and maintain high employee morale and engagement.
