Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, acting as a primary support and escalation point for employees and clients.

The role emphasizes workforce stability, high-quality service, and proactive performance management, with focus on maintaining staffing levels and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field is a plus.
• Experience leading a dispersed, multi-location workforce is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement for security professionals; design career development and performance plans; evaluate and replace low performers.
• Create and modify post schedules in WinTeam; ensure adequate coverage and manage overtime.
• Process weekly payroll and timekeeping; resolve discrepancies and communicate statuses to employees.
• Conduct disciplinary sessions and termination proceedings; maintain morale and ensure consistent procedures.
• Enforce post-specific policies; coordinate with field training staff for post training.
