Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
